# מחיקת מידע 2026-11-01 - אפשר למחוק את החשבון ב-ion וכל מה שבו בעצמכם, בכל רגע, בדף החשבון. - ניתוק חשבון ברשת מוחק מיד את ההרשאה שלו אצלנו. - הסרה של ion בהגדרות של Facebook או Instagram מוחקת את ההרשאות שלו, אוטומטית. - אפשר גם לכתוב לנו, ונמחק בשבילכם תוך 30 יום. הדף הזה מסביר איך מוחקים את המידע ש-ion שומר עליכם, כולל מה שהגיע מ-Google (YouTube), מ-Meta (Facebook ו-Instagram) ומ-TikTok. מה המידע הזה ולמה הוא נשמר מוסבר ב[מדיניות הפרטיות](https://ion.co.il/privacy). ## 1. מחיקת החשבון כולו - נכנסים ל-ion. - פותחים את [דף החשבון](https://ion.co.il/account). - בוחרים ״למחוק את החשבון״, כותבים את כתובת המייל לאישור ובוחרים ״למחוק לתמיד״. המחיקה מוחקת את סביבת העבודה שלכם: הסרטונים, הקבצים, הקרדיטים, הפוסטים המתוזמנים והחשבונות המחוברים. על כל חשבון שחובר ישירות דרך האפליקציה של ion, אנחנו מבקשים מהרשת לבטל את ההרשאה ומוחקים אותה אצלנו. אי אפשר לבטל את המחיקה. סביבת עבודה של צוות שאחרים עדיין עובדים בה נשארת שלהם. ## 2. ניתוק חשבון אחד ברשת בדף ״פרסום ברשתות״ בוחרים את החשבון ולוחצים ״לנתק״. ion מבקש מהרשת לבטל את ההרשאה כשהרשת מאפשרת זאת, מוחק מיד את ההרשאה מהמסד שלנו, מבטל פוסטים שעוד מתוזמנים אליו, ומוחק את שם החשבון מרשימת הפוסטים (בערוץ YouTube שחובר ישירות, גם את הקישורים לפוסטים). ## 3. Facebook ו-Instagram אפשר להסיר את ion ישירות מ-Meta: ב[האפליקציות והאתרים בהגדרות של Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications), או ב[האפליקציות והאתרים בהגדרות של Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/). Meta מודיעה לנו, ואנחנו מוחקים מיד את החיבורים האלה, יחד עם ההרשאות שלהם ועם השמות והקישורים שלהם ברשימת הפוסטים, ומבטלים פוסטים שעוד מתוזמנים אליהם. כדי ש-ion ימחק את כל החיבורים ל-Facebook ול-Instagram שיצרתם דרך האפליקציה שלו, בוחרים שם ב-ion ושולחים בקשת מחיקה. Meta מעבירה אלינו את הבקשה, אנחנו מוחקים מיד את החיבורים, את ההרשאות שלהם ואת השמות והקישורים שלהם ברשימת הפוסטים, ו-Meta מציגה לכם קוד אישור וקישור לדף הזה, שבו רואים את מצב הבקשה. ## 4. Google ו-YouTube אפשר לבטל את הגישה של ion לחשבון Google שלכם בכל רגע, ב[הגדרות האבטחה של חשבון Google](https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Google מבטלת את הגישה מיד. ion בודק מול Google כל ערוץ שחובר ישירות לפחות פעם ב-6 ימים, ושוב תוך שעה אם בדיקה לא הצליחה. כש-Google אומרת שהגישה בוטלה, אנחנו מוחקים מיד את הערוץ, את הפרטים שלו, את ההרשאה שלו ואת השם והקישורים שלו ברשימת הפוסטים, ומבטלים פוסטים שעוד מתוזמנים אליו, כך שזה קורה תוך 7 ימים מהביטול. אפשר גם לנתק אותו ב-ion בכל רגע כדי למחוק אותו מיד. ## 5. TikTok בהגדרות של TikTok, ברשימת האפליקציות שנתתם להן הרשאה, מסירים את ion. ion בודק כל חשבון TikTok שחובר ישירות בערך פעם בשבוע, וכש-TikTok אומרת שההרשאה הוסרה, אנחנו מוחקים את החשבון ואת ההרשאה שלו אצלנו ומבטלים פוסטים שעוד מתוזמנים אליו. כדי למחוק אותו מיד, מנתקים אותו גם ב-ion. ## 6. בקשה במייל כתבו לנו ל-[support@ion.co.il](mailto:support@ion.co.il) מהמייל של החשבון. אם אין לכם חשבון ב-ion (למשל, רק חיברתם חשבון דרך Meta), כתבו איזה חשבון ברשת זה היה. נמחק את המידע שאנחנו שומרים תוך 30 יום, ונאשר לכם במייל. ## 7. מה נשאר - גיבויים אצל הספקים שלנו נמחקים במחזור הרגיל שלהם, לתקופה מוגבלת. - רישום התשלומים ש-Dodo Payments או HYP שומרות לפי החוק הוא שלהן. - פוסטים שכבר פורסמו נשארים ברשת: את אלה מוחקים ברשת עצמה. --- # Data deletion 2026-11-01 - You can delete your ion account and everything in it yourself, at any time, on your account page. - Disconnecting a social account deletes its access token from ion at once. - Removing ion in Facebook's or Instagram's settings deletes its access too, automatically. - Or write to us, and we'll delete it for you within 30 days. This page explains how to delete the information ion keeps about you, including what came from Google (YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Deleting your whole account - Sign in to ion. - Open [your account page](https://ion.co.il/account). - Choose "Delete my account", type your email address to confirm and choose "Delete for good". This deletes your workspace: its videos, files, credits, scheduled posts and connected accounts. For each account connected directly through ion's own app, we ask the network to revoke ion's access and delete the token here. It can't be undone. A team's workspace that others still work in stays theirs. ## 2. Disconnecting one social account On the Social posts page, choose the account and Disconnect. ion asks the network to revoke its access where the network allows it, deletes its token from our database at once, cancels any posts still scheduled to it, and removes the account's name from your list of posts (for a YouTube channel connected directly, the posts' links too). ## 3. Facebook and Instagram You can remove ion from Meta's side: in [Apps and Websites in Facebook's settings](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications), or in [Apps and Websites in Instagram's settings](https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/). Meta tells us, and we delete those connections at once, with their access tokens and their names and links in your list of posts, and cancel any posts still scheduled to them. To have ion delete every Facebook and Instagram connection you made through its app, choose ion there and send a deletion request. Meta passes the request to us, we delete the connections, their tokens and their names and links in your list of posts right away, and Meta shows you a confirmation code and a link to this page, where you can see the request's status. ## 4. Google and YouTube You can revoke ion's access to your Google account at any time on the [Google security settings page](https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Google revokes it at once. ion checks each directly connected channel with Google at least every 6 days, and again within the hour when a check doesn't go through. When Google says the access was revoked, we delete the channel, its details, its token and its name and links in your list of posts here at once, and cancel any posts still scheduled to it, so this happens within 7 days of the revocation. You can also disconnect it in ion at any time to delete it straight away. ## 5. TikTok In TikTok's settings, in the list of apps you've given permission to, remove ion. ion checks each directly connected TikTok account about once a week, and when TikTok says ion's access was removed, we delete the account and its token here and cancel any posts still scheduled to it. To delete it straight away, disconnect it in ion too. ## 6. Asking by email Write to us at [support@ion.co.il](mailto:support@ion.co.il) from your account's email address. If you have no ion account (for example, you only connected an account through Meta), tell us which network account it was. We'll delete the information we keep within 30 days, and confirm by email. ## 7. What stays - Backups at our providers are deleted in their normal cycle, after a limited time. - The payment records Dodo Payments or HYP keep by law are theirs. - Posts already published stay on the network: delete those on the network itself. --- Source: https://ion.co.il/data-deletion
