# תנאי שימוש 2026-11-01 - ion עורך את הסרטונים שלכם בעזרת בינה מלאכותית. בדקו כל סרטון לפני שאתם מפרסמים אותו. - משלמים מראש, בשקלים וכולל מע״מ. קרדיטים לא פגים כל עוד החשבון פתוח. - אפשר לבטל רכישה תוך 14 יום ולקבל החזר על מה שלא נוצל. - הסרטונים שלכם שייכים לכם, ואנחנו לא משתמשים בהם כדי לאמן בינה מלאכותית. - מעלים רק סרטונים שמותר לכם לפרסם, בהסכמת כל מי שמדבר בהם. ion הוא שירות לעריכת וידאו בבינה מלאכותית, באתר ion.co.il ובאפליקציה שבו. את השירות מפעיל אורן קופרמן (״אנחנו״). התנאים האלה חלים על כל מי שמשתמש ב-ion, ושימוש ב-ion פירושו הסכמה להם ול[מדיניות הפרטיות](https://ion.co.il/privacy). אם אינכם מסכימים, אל תשתמשו בשירות. ## 1. מה ion עושה מעלים סרטון שצילמתם, ו-ion עורך אותו: חותך, מוסיף כתוביות, גרפיקה ומוזיקה. אחר כך אפשר לשנות כל דבר בעורך או בבקשה במילים, ולייצא את הסרטון. את העריכה עושים מודלים של בינה מלאכותית, והם עלולים לטעות, למשל במילה בכתוביות, במספר או בבחירת קטע. בדקו כל סרטון לפני שאתם מפרסמים אותו: האחריות על מה שמתפרסם היא שלכם. אנחנו משפרים את ion כל הזמן, ולכן תכונות יכולות להשתנות, להתווסף או לרדת. ## 2. החשבון שלכם כדי להשתמש ב-ion צריך חשבון ורכישה: האפליקציה נפתחת אחרי שקונים תוכנית או חבילת קרדיטים. החשבון אישי, ומיועד למי שמלאו לו 18. בתוכנית העסקית כמה אנשים יכולים לעבוד בסביבת עבודה אחת, כל אחד עם חשבון משלו: כולם רואים את הסרטונים שלה ומשתמשים בקרדיטים שלה. מי שמצרף אנשים לצוות אחראי לכך שמותר להם לראות את התוכן. שמרו על פרטי הכניסה ואל תשתפו אותם. מה שנעשה בחשבון נעשה באחריותכם. אם אתם חושדים שמישהו אחר נכנס לחשבון, כתבו לנו מיד ל-[support@ion.co.il](mailto:support@ion.co.il). ## 3. מחירים, תוכניות וקרדיטים המחירים בשקלים וכוללים מע״מ. המחיר הקובע הוא המחיר שמוצג באתר ברגע הרכישה. - סרטון עולה קרדיטים לפי אורך הצילום שהעליתם (הצילום הגולמי, לא הסרטון הערוך). המחירים מופיעים בדף התוכניות. - עריכה ידנית ובקשות לצ׳אט הן בלי הגבלה. בכל סרטון כלולים מספר ייצואים (בתוכנית המקצועית בלי הגבלה), ומעבר להם כל חבילה נוספת עולה קרדיטים. - בקשה מתקדמת, שבה ion יוצר משהו מאפס, מציגה את המחיר שלה לפני שהיא רצה, והקרדיטים יורדים רק אם אישרתם. - סרטון שנכשל לפני שהוא מוכן לא עולה כלום: הקרדיטים שלו חוזרים לבד. תוכנית חודשית משולמת מראש לחודש אחד. תוכנית שנתית משולמת מראש ל-12 חודשים, במחיר נמוך יותר. בכל חודש של התוכנית נוספים לחשבון הקרדיטים שלה. תוכנית שקניתם דרך Dodo Payments מתחדשת מעצמה בסוף כל תקופה (חודש או שנה), באותו מחיר ובאותו כרטיס, עד שמבטלים אותה, ועל כך אתם מסכימים כשאתם מסמנים את התיבה לפני התשלום. אפשר לבטל את החידוש מתי שרוצים, בכפתור ניהול המנוי בדף התוכניות או בפנייה אלינו: אחרי הביטול לא תחויבו שוב, והתוכנית נשארת עד סוף התקופה ששילמתם עליה. אם נשנה את מחיר התוכנית, נודיע לכם לפני החידוש הבא. תוכנית שנקנתה בדרך אחרת לא מתחדשת מעצמה. חבילת קרדיטים היא רכישה חד־פעמית. קרדיטים לא פגים כל עוד החשבון פתוח. אי אפשר להעביר אותם לחשבון אחר או לפדות אותם בכסף, חוץ מהחזר לפי סעיף הביטול. קרדיטים שקיבלתם במתנה, למשל כדי לנסות את ion, לא מוחזרים. ## 4. תשלום התשלום עובר דרך Dodo Payments, שמוכרת את ion בשמנו ואחראית על התשלום (Merchant of Record): חלון התשלום שלה נפתח מעל הדף של ion, היא מחייבת את הכרטיס ושולחת לכם את הקבלה. המחיר בשקלים, כולל מע״מ. חלק מהרכישות שולמו בדף התשלום המאובטח של HYP. פרטי הכרטיס עוברים ישר אליהן: אנחנו לא רואים אותם ולא שומרים אותם. הרכישה נכנסת לתוקף כשהתשלום מאושר, ואישור עליו נשלח אליכם במייל. אם התשלום לא עבר, לא חויבתם. ## 5. ביטול והחזרים אפשר לבטל כל רכישה תוך 14 יום מיום הרכישה. נחזיר את מה ששילמתם, פחות החלק היחסי של הקרדיטים מהרכישה שכבר ניצלתם, ופחות דמי ביטול של 5% מהמחיר או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם, כפי שהחוק מתיר. - תוכנית שנתית אפשר להפסיק גם אחרי 14 יום: נחזיר את החודשים שעוד לא התחילו, לפי המחיר לחודש ששילמתם בתוכנית השנתית. - תוכנית חודשית שעברו עליה 14 יום: מבטלים את החידוש, והיא נמשכת עד סוף החודש ששילמתם עליו. - חבילת קרדיטים שעברו עליה 14 יום לא מוחזרת, והקרדיטים נשארים בחשבון. אזרחים ותיקים, אנשים עם מוגבלות ועולים חדשים עשויים להיות זכאים לפי החוק לזמן ארוך יותר לביטול. פנו אלינו ונבדוק. ביטול החידוש של תוכנית: בכפתור ניהול המנוי בדף התוכניות, או בפנייה אלינו. ביטול רכישה עם החזר: כותבים לנו ל-[support@ion.co.il](mailto:support@ion.co.il) מהמייל של החשבון, ומציינים את תאריך הרכישה. הפרטים המלאים ב[מדיניות ההחזרים](https://ion.co.il/refunds). נאשר את הביטול, ונחזיר את הכסף לאותו כרטיס תוך 14 יום. ## 6. הסרטונים שלכם מה שאתם מעלים, ומה ש-ion עורך ממנו, שייך לכם. אתם נותנים לנו רשות לשמור ולעבד את הקבצים רק כדי לתת לכם את השירות: לערוך, לשמור גרסאות, לייצא ולפרסם כשתבקשו. לשם כך חלקים מהסרטון עוברים לספקים שעובדים בשבילנו, כמו שמוסבר ב[מדיניות הפרטיות](https://ion.co.il/privacy). אנחנו לא משתמשים בסרטונים שלכם כדי לאמן מודלים של בינה מלאכותית, ולא מראים אותם לאף אחד אחר בלי רשותכם. בסרטון הערוך יכולים להיות גם חומרים של אחרים: קטעי וידאו ותמונות מספריות מאגר (כמו Pexels ו-Pixabay), מוזיקה שנוצרה בבינה מלאכותית, לוגו של חברה שאתם מזכירים, ותמונה של דף אינטרנט ציבורי שאתם מזכירים בסרטון. מותר לכם להשתמש בהם כחלק מהסרטון שלכם, ולפרסם ולשתף אותו. אסור: - להוציא אותם מהסרטון, ולהשתמש בהם או למכור אותם בנפרד. - לרשום אותם במערכות לזיהוי תוכן, כמו Content ID של YouTube. - להציג אותם כאילו מי שמופיע בהם, או החברה שהלוגו שלה מופיע, תומכים בסרטון שלכם. במוזיקה שנוצרת בבינה מלאכותית יכול להיות סימן מים דיגיטלי שלא נשמע, שמסמן שהיא נוצרה כך. כשהסרטון מראה דף אינטרנט שהזכרתם, ודאו שמותר לכם להציג אותו בסרטון, כמו את הצילום שלכם. ## 7. מה אסור - להעלות סרטון בלי הסכמה של כל מי שמדבר או מופיע בו. לפני כל עריכה אתם מאשרים שיש לכם את ההסכמה הזו, והאישור נשמר עם הסרטון. - תוכן לא חוקי, פוגעני, מטעה או מסית, תוכן מיני שמעורבים בו קטינים, ופגיעה בפרטיות או בשם הטוב של אדם. - תוכן שמפר זכויות של אחרים, כמו זכויות יוצרים או סימני מסחר. - להתחזות למישהו, או ליצור סרטון שמראה אדם אומר או עושה משהו שלא אמר או עשה, בלי הסכמתו. - לעקוף מגבלות, תשלומים או אבטחה; להפעיל את השירות בבוטים או בכמויות חריגות; להעתיק את התוכנה או לפרק אותה. - למכור או להשכיר גישה ל-ion לאחרים בלי הסכמה שלנו בכתב. אם תוכן או שימוש מפרים את התנאים, נוכל להסיר אותם, לעצור עריכה או להשעות את החשבון. כשאפשר, נודיע לכם קודם ונסביר למה. ## 8. פרסום ברשתות בתוכניות שכוללות תזמון אפשר לחבר חשבונות ברשתות החברתיות (כמו TikTok, Instagram, Facebook ו-YouTube) ולפרסם אליהם מ-ion ישירות, דרך האפליקציות של ion אצל Google, Meta ו-TikTok. ion מפרסם רק את מה שבחרתם ותזמנתם. בכל רשת חלים גם התנאים שלה. אתם אחראים למה שאתם מפרסמים. רשת יכולה לעכב פרסום או לסרב לו, ואז נודיע לכם. ion משתמש ב-YouTube API Services. כשאתם מחברים ערוץ YouTube ומפרסמים אליו מ-ion, אתם מסכימים ל[תנאי השימוש של YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), ו-Google מטפלת במידע שלכם לפי [מדיניות הפרטיות של Google](https://policies.google.com/privacy). אפשר לנתק חשבון בכל רגע בדף ״פרסום ברשתות״, או לבטל את הגישה של ion מצד הרשת (למשל ב[הגדרות האבטחה של חשבון Google](https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)). מה נשמר ואיך מוחקים אותו מוסבר ב[מדיניות הפרטיות](https://ion.co.il/privacy) וב[הוראות מחיקת המידע](https://ion.co.il/data-deletion). ## 9. זמינות ושינויים אנחנו עושים כמיטב יכולתנו ש-ion יעבוד כל הזמן, אבל לא מבטיחים שלא יהיו הפסקות או תקלות. אנחנו יכולים לשנות מחירים ותכונות. שינוי מחיר לא חל על מה שכבר שילמתם. אנחנו יכולים לעדכן את התנאים. נעדכן את התאריך בראש הדף, ועל שינוי מהותי נודיע במייל או באפליקציה לפני שהוא חל. ## 10. אחריות השירות ניתן כמו שהוא. ככל שהחוק מתיר, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף, כמו אובדן הכנסה או רווח, ואחריותנו הכוללת כלפיכם לא תעלה על מה ששילמתם לנו ב-12 החודשים שלפני האירוע. שום דבר בתנאים לא מגביל זכות שיש לכם לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן או לפי כל דין. ## 11. סגירת חשבון אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל רגע ב[דף החשבון](https://ion.co.il/account). המחיקה מוחקת את סביבת העבודה שלכם עם הסרטונים, הקבצים והקרדיטים, ואי אפשר לבטל אותה. סביבת עבודה של צוות שאחרים עדיין עובדים בה נשארת שלהם. קרדיטים שנמחקים כך לא מוחזרים, ולכן בקשו החזר לפי סעיף הביטול לפני המחיקה. אנחנו יכולים לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים. אם נסגור חשבון בלי שהייתה הפרה, נחזיר את החלק היחסי של מה ששילמתם על מה שלא נוצל. ## 12. דין וסמכות שיפוט על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל. ## 13. פרטי העסק ויצירת קשר - Check every video before you post it. - You pay in advance, in shekels, VAT included. Credits don't expire while your account is open. - You can cancel a purchase within 14 days and get back what you haven't used. - Your videos are yours, and we don't use them to train AI. - Upload only videos you're allowed to publish, with the consent of everyone who speaks in them. ion is an AI video editing service, on the website ion.co.il and the app in it. It's run by Oren Kuperman ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses ion, and using ion means you agree to them and to the [Privacy Policy](https://ion.co.il/privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use the service. ## 1. What ion does You upload a video you filmed, and ion edits it: it cuts it and adds captions, graphics and music. Then you can change anything in the editor or by asking in words, and export the video. The editing is done by AI models, and they can make mistakes, for example in a caption's word, a number or the choice of a moment. Check every video before you post it: what gets published is your responsibility. We keep improving ion, so features may change, be added or go away. ## 2. Your account Using ion takes an account and a purchase: the app opens once you've bought a plan or a credit pack. An account is personal, and for people aged 18 or over. On the Business plan, several people can work in one workspace, each with their own account: they all see its videos and use its credits. Whoever adds people to the team is responsible for their being allowed to see its content. Keep your sign-in details safe and don't share them. What's done in your account is your responsibility. If you think someone else has got into it, write to us at once at [support@ion.co.il](mailto:support@ion.co.il). ## 3. Prices, plans and credits Prices are in shekels and include VAT. The price that counts is the one the site shows when you buy. - A video costs credits by the length of the footage you uploaded (the raw footage, not the edited video). The prices are on the plans page. - Editing by hand and requests to the chat are unlimited. Every video includes a number of exports (unlimited on the Professional plan); beyond those, each further batch costs credits. - An advanced request, where ion makes something from scratch, shows its price before it runs, and its credits are taken only if you confirm. - A video that fails before it's ready costs nothing: its credits come back by themselves. A monthly plan is paid in advance for one month. A yearly plan is paid in advance for 12 months, for less. Each month of a plan, its credits are added to your account. A plan bought through Dodo Payments renews by itself at the end of each period (a month or a year), at the same price and on the same card, until you cancel it; you agree to this by ticking the box before you pay. You can cancel the renewal at any time, with Manage subscription on the Plans page or by contacting us: after cancelling you won't be charged again, and the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you before your next renewal. A plan bought any other way doesn't renew by itself. A credit pack is a one-time purchase. Credits don't expire while your account is open. They can't be moved to another account or exchanged for money, except as a refund under the cancellation section. Credits you were given for free, for example to try ion, aren't refunded. ## 4. Payment Payments go through Dodo Payments, which sells ion on our behalf and is responsible for the payment (merchant of record): its payment window opens over ion's page, it charges your card and it sends you the receipt. The price is in shekels, VAT included. Some purchases were paid on HYP's secure payment page. Your card details go straight to them: we never see them or keep them. A purchase takes effect once the payment is approved, and a confirmation is emailed to you. If a payment doesn't go through, you haven't been charged. ## 5. Cancellation and refunds You can cancel any purchase within 14 days of buying it. We refund what you paid, less the share of that purchase's credits you've already used, and less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as the law allows. - A yearly plan can be stopped after 14 days too: we refund the months that haven't started yet, at the monthly price you paid on the yearly plan. - A monthly plan more than 14 days old: you cancel its renewal, and it runs to the end of the month you paid for. - A credit pack more than 14 days old isn't refunded, and its credits stay in your account. Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may be entitled by law to a longer time to cancel. Contact us and we'll check. To cancel a plan's renewal: Manage subscription on the Plans page, or contact us. To cancel a purchase for a refund: write to us at [support@ion.co.il](mailto:support@ion.co.il) from your account's email address, and give the date of the purchase. The details are in the [Refund Policy](https://ion.co.il/refunds). We'll confirm the cancellation and refund the same card within 14 days. ## 6. Your videos What you upload, and what ion edits from it, is yours. You give us permission to keep and process the files only to provide the service: to edit, keep versions, export and post when you ask. For that, parts of a video go to providers who work for us, as the [Privacy Policy](https://ion.co.il/privacy) explains. We don't use your videos to train AI models, and we don't show them to anyone else without your permission. An edited video can also hold material that belongs to others: video clips and photos from stock libraries (such as Pexels and Pixabay), music made by AI, the logo of a company you mention, and a picture of a public web page you name in the video. You may use them as part of your video, and post and share it. You may not: - Take them out of the video and use or sell them on their own. - Register them in content identification systems, such as YouTube's Content ID. - Present them as if the people shown, or the company whose logo appears, endorse your video. Music made by AI may carry an inaudible digital watermark that marks it as AI-made. When your video shows a web page you named, make sure you may show it in your video, as with your footage. ## 7. What's not allowed - Uploading a video without the consent of everyone who speaks or appears in it. Before every edit you confirm you have that consent, and the confirmation is kept with the video. - Illegal, offensive, misleading or inciting content, sexual content involving minors, and harming anyone's privacy or good name. - Content that infringes others' rights, such as copyright or trademarks. - Impersonating anyone, or making a video that shows a person saying or doing something they didn't, without their consent. - Getting around limits, payments or security; running the service with bots or in unusual volumes; copying or taking apart the software. - Selling or renting access to ion to others without our written consent. If content or use breaks these terms, we may remove it, stop an edit or suspend the account. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why. ## 8. Posting to social media On plans that include scheduling, you can connect social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube) and post to them from ion directly, through ion's own apps at Google, Meta and TikTok. ion posts only what you choose and schedule. Each network's own terms apply too. You're responsible for what you post. A network may delay or refuse a post, and then we'll let you know. ion uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel and posting to it from ion, you agree to be bound by the [YouTube Terms of Service](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google handles your information under the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can disconnect an account at any time on the Social posts page, or revoke ion's access from the network's side (for example on the [Google security settings page](https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)). Availability and changes We do our best to keep ion working all the time, but we can't promise there will be no interruptions or faults. We may change prices and features. A price change doesn't apply to what you've already paid for. We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you about a significant change by email or in the app before it applies. ## 10. Liability The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or profit, and our total liability to you won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law. ## 11. Closing your account You can delete your account at any time on [your account page](https://ion.co.il/account). Deleting it deletes your own workspace with its videos, files and credits, and can't be undone. A team's workspace that others still work in stays theirs. Credits deleted this way aren't refunded, so ask for any refund under the cancellation section before deleting. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account without a breach, we'll refund the share of what you paid that hasn't been used. ## 12. Law and courts These terms are governed by the law of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. ## 13.
