מדיניות פרטיות
- אנחנו אוספים רק מה שצריך כדי לערוך את הסרטונים שלכם ולנהל את החשבון.
- הסרטונים שלכם לא משמשים לאימון בינה מלאכותית, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מידע לאף אחד.
- חלקים מהסרטון עוברים לספקים שעושים בשבילנו את העריכה, לפי התנאים העסקיים שלהם.
- חשבון ברשת שחיברתם משמש רק לפרסום הסרטונים שבחרתם, וההרשאה שלו נשמרת מוצפנת.
- אין עוגיות פרסום או מעקב.
- אפשר למחוק את החשבון וכל מה שבו בכל רגע.
המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע ion אוסף, למה, עם מי הוא משותף ומה הזכויות שלכם. את ion מפעיל אורן קופרמן, שאחראי למידע (״אנחנו״). המדיניות היא חלק מתנאי השימוש.
1. מה אנחנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון: כתובת מייל, שם, ואיך נכנסתם (קוד במייל, סיסמה, Google או Apple). אם נכנסתם עם Google, גם תמונת הפרופיל שלכם שם. סיסמה נשמרת אצל ספק ההתחברות רק בצורה מוצפנת חד־כיוונית, ואנחנו לא רואים אותה.
- הסרטונים שלכם: הצילומים שהעליתם או הקישורים שנתתם, התמונה והקול שבהם (כולל פנים וקולות של מי שמופיע בהם), התמלול של מה שנאמר, העריכות, הבקשות בצ׳אט והסרטונים המוכנים. וגם הגדרות המותג: לוגו, צבעים, גופן ושם המשתמש ברשתות.
- רכישות: מה קניתם, הסכום, המועד, האם התשלום עבר, ומצב המנוי אם התוכנית מתחדשת. פרטי כרטיס האשראי עוברים ישר ל-Dodo Payments (או ל-HYP), ואנחנו לא רואים אותם. בתשלום דרך Dodo Payments, המייל והשם שלכם עוברים אליה עם התשלום: היא מוכרת לכם את ion בשמנו, ושולחת את הקבלה.
- חשבונות ברשתות, אם חיברתם: אילו חשבונות, הפוסטים שתזמנתם והאם פורסמו, ובחיבור ישיר גם הרשאת גישה מוצפנת (פירוט בסעיף ״חשבונות ברשתות שאתם מחברים״).
- פניות אלינו, למשל בטופס של התוכנית העסקית: שם, מייל או טלפון, שם העסק וההודעה.
- מידע טכני: כדי שהשירות יעבוד ויהיה מוגן, השרתים רושמים לזמן קצר פרטים כמו כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן. כשבדיקת האבטחה פעילה, Cloudflare בודקת את הדפדפן כדי להבדיל בין אדם לבוט.
2. למה אנחנו משתמשים בו
- כדי לתת את השירות: להכניס אתכם לחשבון, לערוך, לשמור גרסאות, לייצא ולפרסם כשתבקשו.
- כדי לגבות תשלום ולנהל קרדיטים.
- כדי לשמור על האבטחה ולמנוע ניצול לרעה.
- כדי לענות לפניות שלכם.
- כדי לשפר את השירות: אנחנו בודקים איך ion עובד, למשל כמה זמן לוקחת עריכה, כמה היא עולה לנו ואיפה יש תקלות.
- כדי לעמוד בדרישות החוק.
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא מציגים פרסומות ולא בונים עליכם פרופיל שיווקי. דיוור שיווקי יישלח רק בהסכמתכם.
בינה מלאכותית: כדי לערוך, ion מנתח את התמונה, הקול והטקסט של הסרטון בעזרת מודלים של בינה מלאכותית. אנחנו לא משתמשים בסרטונים שלכם כדי לאמן מודלים.
פנים: כדי שכתוביות וגרפיקה לא יסתירו פנים, ion מאתר איפה בפריים יש פנים. הוא לא מזהה מי האדם.
דפי אינטרנט: כשסגנון מראה דף אינטרנט שהסרטון מזכיר, השרתים שלנו פותחים את הדף הציבורי ומצלמים אותו. כתובות מייל ומספרי טלפון שמופיעים בו מטושטשים.
3. חשבונות ברשתות שאתם מחברים
אפשר לחבר ל-ion חשבונות YouTube, Instagram, Facebook ו-TikTok, ישירות דרך האפליקציות של ion אצל Google, Meta ו-TikTok. אתם בוחרים אילו חשבונות לחבר, ואפשר לנתק כל אחד מהם בכל רגע בדף ״פרסום ברשתות״.
מה ion מקבל ושומר בחיבור ישיר:
- YouTube (Google): הרשאה להעלות סרטונים לערוץ שלכם (youtube.upload), והרשאה לקרוא את הפרטים הבסיסיים של הערוץ (youtube.readonly): המזהה, השם והכינוי שלו, כדי להראות איזה ערוץ מחובר ולפרסם אליו.
- Instagram ו-Facebook (Meta): המזהה, השם ושם המשתמש של חשבון ה-Instagram המקצועי או של דף ה-Facebook, ההרשאה לפרסם אליו, ומזהה המשתמש שלכם אצל Meta לאפליקציה של ion, כדי שבקשת מחיקה מ-Meta תגיע למידע שלכם.
- TikTok: המזהה והכינוי של החשבון, ואפשרויות הפרסום ש-TikTok נותנת לו (מי יכול לראות פוסט, והאם תגובות, דואט וסטיץ׳ פתוחים), שנקראות מחדש בכל פרסום.
- הרשאת גישה (token) מהרשת. ion שומר אותה מוצפנת (AES-256-GCM) בחלק של מסד הנתונים שרק השרת שלנו קורא. היא אף פעם לא מוצגת בדף, לא נכנסת לקישור ולא נרשמת ביומנים.
איך אנחנו משתמשים בזה: רק כדי לפרסם את הסרטונים שבחרתם, במועד שבחרתם, עם הכיתוב וההגדרות שקבעתם, ולהראות לכם אם כל פוסט עלה ואת הקישור אליו. אנחנו לא קוראים את הסרטונים האחרים, ההודעות, התגובות, העוקבים או הנתונים של החשבון, לא מפרסמים שום דבר שלא תזמנתם, ולא משתמשים במידע הזה לפרסום, לבניית פרופיל או לאימון מודלים של בינה מלאכותית. אנחנו לא מוכרים אותו, לא מעבירים אותו לספקי הבינה המלאכותית, ולא משתפים אותו עם אף אחד חוץ מהרשת עצמה בזמן הפרסום.
השימוש של ion במידע שמתקבל מממשקי ה-API של Google, והעברתו לכל אפליקציה אחרת, יעמדו במדיניות נתוני המשתמש של Google API Services, כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל (Limited Use).
ion משתמש ב-YouTube API Services. כשאתם מחברים ערוץ YouTube, אתם מסכימים גם לתנאי השימוש של YouTube, והטיפול של Google במידע שלכם מתואר במדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
כמה זמן: ההרשאה נשמרת כל עוד החשבון מחובר. כשמנתקים חשבון ב-ion, או מוחקים את החשבון ב-ion, אנחנו מבקשים מהרשת לבטל את ההרשאה כשהיא מאפשרת זאת, ומוחקים אותה מהמסד שלנו מיד. גם שם החשבון נמחק אז מרשימת הפוסטים שלכם, ובערוץ YouTube שחובר ישירות גם הקישורים לפוסטים.
את פרטי הערוץ ששמרנו מ-YouTube (השם והכינוי שלו, גם ברשימת הפוסטים) אנחנו מרעננים מ-Google, או מוחקים, לפחות פעם ב-30 יום.
אפשר גם לבטל את הגישה של ion מצד הרשת, בכל רגע: ב-Google בהגדרות האבטחה של חשבון Google; ב-Facebook בהאפליקציות והאתרים בהגדרות של Facebook; ב-Instagram בהאפליקציות והאתרים בהגדרות של Instagram; וב-TikTok בהגדרות, ברשימת האפליקציות שנתתם להן הרשאה. כש-Meta מודיעה לנו שהסרתם את ion, אנחנו מוחקים מיד את החיבורים ל-Facebook ול-Instagram שיצרתם דרכו, את ההרשאות שלהם ואת השמות והקישורים שלהם ברשימת הפוסטים. אנחנו בודקים מול Google כל ערוץ שחובר ישירות לפחות פעם ב-6 ימים, ובודקים שוב תוך שעה אם בדיקה לא הצליחה. כש-Google אומרת שביטלתם את הגישה של ion, אנחנו מוחקים מיד את הערוץ, את הפרטים שלו, את ההרשאה שלו ואת השם והקישורים שלו ברשימת הפוסטים, כך שזה קורה תוך 7 ימים מהביטול. גם כל חשבון TikTok שחובר ישירות נבדק בערך פעם בשבוע, וכש-TikTok אומרת שההרשאה הוסרה, אנחנו מוחקים את החשבון ואת ההרשאה שלו. כל הדרכים למחוק מידע מפורטות בהוראות מחיקת המידע.
4. עם מי המידע משותף
ion פועל בעזרת ספקים שמעבדים מידע בשבילנו, רק כדי לתת את השירות ולפי התנאים העסקיים שלהם:
- Supabase: ההתחברות ומסד הנתונים (החשבון, פרטי הסרטונים, הקרדיטים והרכישות).
- Supabase ו-Resend: שליחת המיילים, כמו קוד הכניסה.
- Cloudflare: אחסון הקבצים (הצילומים והסרטונים) ובדיקת האבטחה.
- Vercel: אחסון האתר והאפליקציה.
- Trigger.dev ו-Modal: מחשבים בענן שמריצים את העריכה ואת עיבוד הווידאו.
- OpenRouter ו-Microsoft (המודל MAI-Transcribe): תמלול הדיבור.
- ElevenLabs: תמלול הדיבור כשהמודל של Microsoft לא זמין, וניקוי הקול.
- Anthropic (Claude): החלטות העריכה, הצ׳אט, ובדיקת תמונות מהסרטון הערוך.
- Google (Gemini ו-Lyria): ניתוח קטעים מהסרטון ומהקול שלו, ויצירת המוזיקה מתיאור במילים, לא מהצילום שלכם.
- Dodo Payments: התשלומים, המנויים והקבלות, כמי שמוכרת את ion בשמנו. HYP: תשלומים שנעשו בדף התשלום שלה.
- Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram ו-Facebook) ו-TikTok: כשחיברתם חשבון ישירות, הסרטון, הכיתוב וההגדרות של כל פוסט שתזמנתם עוברים לרשת כדי לפרסם אותו.
- ספריות המאגר (Pexels, Pixabay ו-Openverse): מקבלות רק מילות חיפוש לקטעי וידאו ותמונות, אף פעם לא את הסרטון שלכם.
- Google ו-Apple: אם נכנסתם דרכם, הם מעבירים לנו את המייל והשם שלכם (Google גם את התמונה).
חלק מהספקים מעבדים מידע מחוץ לישראל, למשל בארצות הברית ובאירופה.
נמסור מידע לרשויות רק כשהחוק מחייב.
5. כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים
כל עוד החשבון פתוח.
כשמוחקים את החשבון, אנחנו מוחקים מהמערכות שלנו את הסרטונים, הקבצים, הקרדיטים והרכישות שלכם ואת החשבון עצמו. סביבת עבודה שמשותפת לכם עם אחרים נשארת להם.
גיבויים ורישומים טכניים אצל הספקים נשמרים לתקופה מוגבלת ונמחקים. Dodo Payments (או HYP) שומרת רישום משלה של כל תשלום.
פניות אלינו נשמרות כל עוד צריך כדי לטפל בהן.
6. עוגיות ואחסון בדפדפן
אנחנו משתמשים רק במה שהשירות צריך:
- שתי עוגיות כניסה, שסקריפטים בדף לא יכולים לקרוא, ועוגייה לכמה דקות בזמן כניסה עם Google או Apple.
- אחסון בדפדפן להעדפות שלכם: שפה, מראה בהיר או כהה, הסיור באפליקציה, ההתראות והבחירות בתפריט הנגישות, וסימן לכך שהדפדפן הזה כבר נכנס לחשבון, כדי שהדף הנכון ייטען ראשון. וגם, בלשונית הפתוחה בלבד, תוכנית שבחרתם לפני הכניסה.
- כשבדיקת האבטחה פעילה, Cloudflare עשויה לשמור נתון אבטחה קטן משלה.
אין עוגיות פרסום או מעקב.
7. הזכויות שלכם
- לעיין במידע עליכם ולקבל עותק שלו.
- לתקן מידע שגוי. את השם אפשר לשנות בדף החשבון.
- למחוק את החשבון וכל מה שבו, בכל רגע, בדף החשבון.
- לבקש שנפסיק שימוש מסוים במידע.
כדי לממש זכות, כתבו לנו ל-support@ion.co.il מהמייל של החשבון, ונענה תוך 30 יום. אפשר גם לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.
8. אבטחה
האתר עובד רק בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), ועוגיות הכניסה לא נגישות לסקריפטים בדף. כל סביבת עבודה גלויה רק למי שבה (בתוכנית העסקית צוות חולק סביבת עבודה אחת). סיסמה חדשה נבדקת מול רשימות של סיסמאות שדלפו, בלי שהסיסמה עצמה יוצאת מהשרת שלנו. ופרטי כרטיס האשראי לא מגיעים אלינו בכלל.
שום מערכת אינה מוגנת לגמרי. אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה שנוגע במידע שלכם, נודיע לכם ולרשויות כפי שהחוק מחייב.
9. ילדים
ion מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. אם בסרטון מופיעים ילדים, ודאו שיש לכם הסכמה של ההורים.
10. שינויים במדיניות
כשהמדיניות משתנה, נעדכן את התאריך בראש הדף. על שינוי מהותי נודיע במייל או באפליקציה.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only what's needed to edit your videos and run your account.
- Your videos aren't used to train AI, and we don't sell information to anyone.
- Parts of a video go to providers who do the editing for us, under their business terms.
- A social account you connect is used only to post the videos you choose, and its token is kept encrypted.
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
This policy explains what information ion collects, why, who it's shared with and what your rights are. ion is run by Oren Kuperman, which is responsible for the information ("we"). This policy is part of the Terms of Use.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name, and how you sign in (an email code, a password, Google or Apple). If you sign in with Google, also your profile picture there. A password is kept by the sign-in provider only in one-way encrypted form, and we never see it.
- Your videos: the footage you upload or the links you give, the picture and sound in it (including the faces and voices of the people in it), the transcript of what's said, your edits, your chat requests and the finished videos. Also your brand settings: logo, colours, font and social handle.
- Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the time, whether the payment went through, and the subscription's state if the plan renews. Your card details go straight to Dodo Payments (or HYP), and we never see them. When you pay through Dodo Payments, your email and name go to it with the payment: it sells ion to you on our behalf, and sends the receipt.
- Social accounts, if you connect them: which accounts, the posts you schedule and whether they were published, and for a direct connection an encrypted access token too (see "Social accounts you connect").
- Messages to us, for example the Business plan's form: name, email or phone, business name and the message.
- Technical information: to keep the service working and safe, the servers record details such as IP address and browser type for a short time. When the security check is on, Cloudflare checks the browser to tell people from bots.
2. Why we use it
- To provide the service: sign you in, edit, keep versions, export and post when you ask.
- To take payments and keep track of credits.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To answer your messages.
- To improve the service: we look at how ion runs, for example how long an edit takes, what it costs us and where things fail.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell information, show ads or build a marketing profile of you. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.
AI: to edit, ion analyses a video's picture, sound and text with AI models. We don't use your videos to train models.
Faces: so that captions and graphics don't cover a face, ion finds where a face is in the frame. It doesn't recognise who the person is.
Web pages: when a style shows a web page your video names, our servers open that public page and take a picture of it. Email addresses and phone numbers on it are blurred.
3. Social accounts you connect
You can connect YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts to ion, directly through ion's own apps at Google, Meta and TikTok. You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time on the Social posts page.
What ion receives and keeps when you connect directly:
- YouTube (Google): permission to upload videos to your channel (youtube.upload), and to read your channel's basic details (youtube.readonly): its id, name and handle, to show which channel is connected and to post to it.
- Instagram and Facebook (Meta): your Instagram professional account's or Facebook Page's id, name and username, the permission to publish to it, and your Meta user id for ion's app, so that a deletion request from Meta reaches your information.
- TikTok: your account's id and nickname, and the posting options TikTok gives it (who can see a post, and whether comments, Duet and Stitch are on), read again each time you post.
- An access token from the network. ion keeps it encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in a part of our database only our server reads. It is never shown on a page, put in a link or written to logs.
How we use it: only to publish the videos you choose, at the time you choose, with the caption and settings you set, and to show you whether each post went out and its link. We don't read your account's other videos, messages, comments, followers or analytics, we don't post anything you didn't schedule, and we don't use this information for advertising, profiling or training AI models. We don't sell it, we don't pass it to the AI providers, and we don't share it with anyone but the network itself when posting.
ion's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ion uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
How long: a token is kept for as long as the account is connected. When you disconnect an account in ion, or delete your ion account, we ask the network to revoke the token where it allows it, and delete it from our database at once. The account's name is then removed from your list of posts too, and for a YouTube channel connected directly, the posts' links as well.
Channel details we store from YouTube (its name and handle, also in your list of posts) are refreshed from Google, or deleted, at least every 30 days.
You can also revoke ion's access from the network's side at any time: for Google, on the Google security settings page; for Facebook, in Apps and Websites in Facebook's settings; for Instagram, in Apps and Websites in Instagram's settings; for TikTok, in its settings, in the list of apps you've given permission to. When Meta tells us you've removed ion, we delete the Facebook and Instagram connections you made through it at once, with their tokens and their names and links in your list of posts. We check each directly connected channel with Google at least every 6 days, and again within the hour when a check doesn't go through. When Google tells us you've revoked ion's access, we delete the channel, its details, its token and its name and links in your list of posts at once, so this happens within 7 days of the revocation. Each directly connected TikTok account is checked about once a week too, and when TikTok says ion's access was removed, we delete the account and its token. Every way to delete your information is in the Data deletion instructions.
4. Who it's shared with
ion runs with providers who process information for us, only to provide the service and under their business terms:
- Supabase: sign-in and the database (your account, your videos' details, credits and purchases).
- Supabase and Resend: sending emails, such as the sign-in code.
- Cloudflare: file storage (your footage and videos) and the security check.
- Vercel: hosting the website and the app.
- Trigger.dev and Modal: cloud computers that run the editing and the video processing.
- OpenRouter and Microsoft (the MAI-Transcribe model): transcribing speech.
- ElevenLabs: transcribing speech when Microsoft's model isn't available, and cleaning up the voice.
- Anthropic (Claude): editing decisions, the chat, and checking pictures from the edited video.
- Google (Gemini and Lyria): analysing parts of the video and its sound, and making the music from a description in words, not from your footage.
- Dodo Payments: payments, subscriptions and receipts, as the company that sells ion on our behalf. HYP: payments made on its payment page.
- Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok: when you connect an account directly, each scheduled post's video, caption and settings go to the network to publish it.
- The stock libraries (Pexels, Pixabay and Openverse): they receive only search words for video clips and photos, never your video.
- Google and Apple: if you sign in with them, they send us your email and name (Google also your picture).
Some providers process information outside Israel, for example in the United States and Europe.
We give information to authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open.
When you delete your account, we delete your videos, files, credits and purchases from our systems, and the account itself. A workspace you share with others stays theirs.
Backups and technical logs at our providers are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Dodo Payments (or HYP) keeps its own record of each payment.
Messages to us are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use only what the service needs:
- Two sign-in cookies, which scripts on the page can't read, and a cookie that lasts a few minutes while you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Browser storage for your preferences: language, light or dark look, the app's tour, notifications and the accessibility menu's choices, and a mark that this browser has signed in before, so the right page loads first. Also, in the open tab only, a plan you chose before signing in.
- When the security check is on, Cloudflare may keep a small security token of its own.
No advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
- To see the information about you and get a copy of it.
- To correct wrong information. You can change your name on your account page.
- To delete your account and everything in it, at any time, on your account page.
- To ask us to stop a particular use of your information.
To use a right, write to us at support@ion.co.il from your account's email address, and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Security
The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the sign-in cookies can't be read by scripts on the page. Each workspace's information is seen only by the people in it (on the Business plan, a team shares one workspace). A new password is checked against lists of leaked passwords without the password itself leaving our server. And card details never reach us at all.
No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Children
ion is for people aged 18 and over. If children appear in a video, make sure you have their parents' consent.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. We'll tell you about a significant change by email or in the app.
