- How much does it cost?
- Plans start at ₪78 a month paid yearly (₪97 paid monthly), VAT included, with 7 videos a month. A video comes to ₪10–₪14; an editor usually charges ₪190–₪500 for a video like that.
- What if something isn't how I wanted it?
- You change it yourself, in seconds and with no round of revisions: delete a word and the video is cut, click a caption or a graphic to change it, or ask the chat in your own words (“make the captions bigger”). Every change is a version you can go back from. Editing by hand and asking the chat are both unlimited.
- Won't my videos all look the same?
- There are 10 complete editing styles to choose from, and the graphics for numbers, lists and comparisons are built anew for each video, from what you said in it. You can switch styles even after the video is ready, and your words and cuts stay.
- Does it really get Hebrew right?
- ion was built for Hebrew first: captions run right to left, and English words, numbers, prices and @handles stay in place. It works in English too, and in videos that mix both.
- How long does it take?
- A 90-second video is usually ready in about 5 minutes, the full-quality file included; longer footage takes longer. You can close the page meanwhile, and we'll let you know when it's ready.
- And if a video fails?
- A video that fails before it's ready costs nothing: its credits come back by themselves.
- Do I need editing experience? Does it work on a phone?
- No experience needed: you upload your footage and ion edits it. You can watch, fix and ask for changes from your phone too, and export in 1080p.
- How do I start?
- Pick a plan, sign up, pay on the secure payment page and upload your first video. For a team or a higher volume, contact us from the Business plan.
- What about consent from the people in the video?
- Before any edit you confirm that everyone who speaks in the video agreed to be edited and published. The confirmation is kept with the video.
- Do unused videos carry over?
- They stay yours. A plan adds its credits at the start of every month, and credits don't expire while your account is open.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, with Manage subscription on the Plans page: you won't be charged again, and your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of a purchase you can also cancel it and get back what you haven't used, less a cancellation fee the law allows (the refund policy has the details).
- Do I need a plan?
- No. A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no subscription, and it opens ion just as a plan does.
- What does a credit buy?
- Videos: footage up to 2 minutes is 14 credits, and longer footage a little more. Editing by hand and requests to ion are free; a request ion designs from scratch is 7 credits, its price shown first.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT.
